The neck is small, thick, almost imperceptible. Paws are not high, the same in color as the beak. The eyes are always dark, so they stand out clearly against the golden bird.

Crushed shell and chalk with gravel are poured into a separate trough. They should be smaller than in the case of chickens, so that the Manchurian quail would not choke.

Water is changed daily or every 2 days, if the drinking bowl is nipple. It is worth noting that the dry food can lie for a long time in the trough, it does not spoil for several days, but you need to keep the wet food up to an hour, then it can start to sour, especially in hot summer.
